Contract-to-hire enables our clients to fill a full-time position after an on-the-job performance evaluation. We provide our clients the option of hiring our in-house engineers after an initial 3 to 6 months on contract. During this period, our clients have the opportunity to review the core skills and on the job performance prior to making a hiring commitment.
